Every business needs to keep up-to-date financial accounts in order to see how well it is performing.
As well as helping in the preparation of those accounts, we at Kendall Wadley also help our clients to use them as a practical business tool. By seeing the end result you can monitor performance, spot trends, determine taxable profits and make informed decisions about the future of your business. Our team will also work with you to take action early on financing, tax planning and managing costs.
Preparing accounts from your records or working alongside your finance staff, Kendall Wadley gives you the professional support you need.
Sole Traders and Small Businesses
Every business needs sound advice regardless of its size. By providing you with timely advice as and when you need it, we can help your business to grow.
As a small business whether you are a sole trader, a partnership or a small limited company, you will be looked after by our dedicated Small Business Team who will be able to offer you advice on all aspects of accounting from setting up a business, preparation of the annual accounts, tax computations based on those accounts, help with completion of relevant company and personal tax returns, as well as help with financing and other general business issues.
Partnerships
Partnerships can vary in size from two people, often a husband and wife arrangement right through to large professional partnerships.
The structure of partnerships can also vary from an informal setup to a more formal one such as a limited liability partnership (LLPs).
Small partnerships are looked after by our Small Business Team or if they fall in to one of our niche sectors, then they will be looked after by the relevant Partner in charge of that sector who will be able to advise you on the audit and accounting regulations relating to your partnership setup.
Charities
Kendall Wadley currently offers audit and accounting advice to over 120 charities across the UK.
In the last few years this sector has seen many changes both in legislation and in the accounting requirements under the Charities SORP. Our dedicated team of advisers has a full understanding of the needs of charities and will be able to advise you on all the new regulations as well as helping in the preparation and auditing of accounts. We will make sure that each charity meets its objectives.
