Payroll Administrator
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator within an outsourced Bureau based at our Malvern office.
The candidate will provide excellent support and assistance to our diverse client base that ranges from single directors, small businesses to substantial groups.
The Role:
To undertake weekly/fortnightly/monthly end-to-end procedures to ensure all deadlines are met, which will include RTI filing to HMRC, pension submissions for various providers, and maintaining accurate record keeping within all client files;
Using your excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, as from day one you will engage with our clients on the telephone and by email to obtain their instructions, data handling, approval of data input and any other queries in order to maintain top quality customer service;
To liaise with HMRC and other third-party organisations as needed;
To undertake other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Payroll Manager, as well as assisting other departments within the practice with necessary information when needed.
The Candidate:
Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, along with a willingness to learn and to take ownership for the completion of tasks;
Logical and methodical mindset, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
The ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively and independently, whilst at times working at a pace to meet all deadlines;
Strong team player with a customer focused attitude;
IT literate with proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Strong Maths and English to GCSE or equivalent, minimum grade C / 5;

Competitive salary, auto-enrollable pension scheme contributions after 3 months employment, after probationary period you will be given the option to join Salary Sacrifice Scheme with percentages of Employee 3% and Employer 5%
Holiday – 20 days full time equivalent, with an additional 1 week after successfully completing both 5 years and 10 years of service.

Audit & Accounts Senior
We are looking to recruit a qualified or part qualified audit and accounts senior to join our team.
The role covers a range of auditing, accounting, taxation and business services.
You will get to work with a broad range of clients, ranging from small businesses, startups to substantial groups.
Acting as a business advisor your role will include:
Reporting to the Audit Manager/Partner
Carrying out statutory audits from planning stage through to completion
Having knowledge and experience of current auditing standards and approaches
Preparation of audit files using an electronic working paper system
Preparation of statutory accounts from client’s core records
Developing an understanding of our client’s and their businesses
Liaising with clients to discuss and resolve accountancy queries
Highlighting issues for the attention of senior management
Working as part of a team to undertake a variety of audit and accountancy tasks
The individual should have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good attention to detail
A strong interest in owner managed businesses and general commercial awareness
The ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
Strong interpersonal skills
You will receive ongoing support from our senior management team who will help you to achieve your long-term career goals and training provided to fulfil qualification and CPD requirements.
